We once stayed at the automobile for a week. It all went very well. Friendly and helpful staff. They speak English ???. Comfortable and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very mixed experience. I first tried to book directly with the office, but they gave only a very high price. Then I booked the same car via CarFlexi for less than half their quoted price. Pickup was OK. Friendly girl, but we had to wait for the car for around 20 minutes.
No issues with the car itself. But when returning the car, a young man tried as best as he could to find any kind of damages. He found a ding (very tiny dent), so small that none of us had paid any attention to it during pickup. But now he was blaming it on us, and would not let it go.
Luckily, we always take photos during pickup. And thanks to the high resolution, it was possible to see the small ding on one of those photos. We are totally sure that without that photo, they would have tried to make us pay extra as we had refused to buy their expensive full insurance during pickup.
So make sure to take photos if you rent a car from this company. It should always be done, but even more important with these guys. We've never had such issues before, and we are renting cars very often.
