La Sig.ra Valentina aggiunge quelle piccole - ma grandi - attenzioni al cliente che rendono l'esperienza ottima. Aggiungo che le poche recensioni negative che trovo su questo sito non si riferiscono nello specifico al punto vendita ma a problemi di comunicazone o interpretazione dei contratti di noleggio. Grazie Valentina, bene così. For the second time I happen to drop at AVIS Perugia: I can confirm that the staff is efficient and courteous. Mrs. Valentina adds those small - but big - customer attentions that make the experience great. I add that the few negative reviews I find on this site do not refer specifically to the point of sale but to problems of communication or interpretation of rental contracts. Thanks Valentina, that's fine.

If there was any problem with a car , he quickly made an exchange. He speaks English very well, so there should be no problem in communication for English speakers.

I have no words to describe how polite and helpful was Giuseppe from the office right next to the Perugia central station. He was able to find and provide us with the right solution. The car was great and we had a pleasant trip to Milano. Big big thanks to Giuseppe and Avis. Highly recommended!
