Although that we have booked our car,in the pick up they didn't accept the EU ID and they demanded passport.We had EU driver licence,credit card etc but they have their own rules.We took a car from EUROPCAR in same price with the same docs.Stay away from these scums

I hired a car from this company when I was inspecting the vehicle the gentleman show me the car distracted me from damage on the front so when we took the car back two days later I was charged €360 for the damage not very happy and you have to claim your money back from another car very complicated very frustrated

Never use this company, total scam! Ruined my first day of my holiday. Absolutely terrible. I recently booked a car rental through Noleggaire at Brindisi airport, Italy. When I arrived at their office in the morning the lady behind the desk was instantly rude, snapping at me for the documents she needed and not saying anything else, not even a Hello. She then told me they'd given me an automatic car which I thought was strange as I knew it was significantly more expensive than the deal I went for. After paying I was given the keys and told to go to the car, nobody came with me or went through the damages on the form I was given. I arrived at the car which was full of huge dents and scratches. Most notably the back bumper actually appeared to be unattached (images attached) and had a very large dent on it. On the damages form it was listed as a small dent. Alarms bells obviously rang and so I went back to try and resolve the issue, I didn't want them to think I had caused the damage when returning the vehicle. Looking back I think they were probably going to try and say I caused the bumper damage when I came back. I went back to the office and asked for a different car or for the form to be amended. They told me both options weren't possible, they kept me waiting for over an hour to speak to somebody, they were so rude and dismissive. I then told them I would not take the car and needed a refund instead. They kept saying it wouldn't be possible and I had to really put up a fight to get them to do anything about it! They also had over Β£700 euros blocked out on my credit card for over a week. There were no other cars available at the airport for hire and so I had to then pay out for a taxi to and from the airport as no public transport was available to my destination (Torre Pali). It was a really stressful and horrible situation to be put in, had to pay out nearly 400 euros in taxis. I wasted hours of what should have been my first day relaxing on the beach. Please save your time and energy and go with a well known reputable company, rather than these absolute cowboys.

Just bad, charge refueling fee though the tank was full. Added platinum insurance for 86 euros without our consent. Don't recommend to anyone

Sneakily added full insurance to the booking. Also on checkout, when they noticed that I'm running late for my flight, they started complaining about the fuel tank being a hair off the full tank (I refueled 5 min ago). I was running late so had to agree to nonsense fueling charge. Not cool, cheat move.

WARNING - This company run a SCAM at Brindisi Airport. They charge a 50 Euro charge to 'late' customers. Ryanair land twice a week at 9.45 pm. So even with a quick smooth exit, every customer is considered 'late'. The male in charge was despicable and rude to many customers, insisting you either pay or make your own way! This charge is not in their T and C's. It is a complete rip off and disgusting for tourists arriving in Italy. DO NOT USE THEM

Go for somewhere else. It is worst than a scam. We were 3 different families in the office. All of us got problems with the company. One got charhed 50 euros extra because their flight got delayed. They rent through brokers and brokers sell you the excess cover. Noleggiare does not recognise the cover. They strictly want a credit card as a deposit. Debit card or cash is not acceptable. Their customer service officer does not listen to you and yell at you.

Worst experience ever. It's unreal what is happening. Worst employees ever, they even insulted us whilst we were trying to rent a car for one day. Price was around 30 euros online, we were charged 15€ for some reason, extra fees while we were trying to complete the transaction and they managed to take 170€ for a car for one day! They didnt let us leave the car at the airport and we had to find a way at that time so that we didn't miss our flight home. They kept money from our debit card and didn't return it up until we contacted our bank. On top of that they have just charged us 60€+ 2 months after we are gone without warning and for no reason at all. Scums, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Just go to a better one and no issues than what happened to me and a friend of mine. They are experts at deceiving people and stealing their money.
