Disorganizzazione e Incompetenza totale, Statene alla larga se volete iniziare una vacanza in serenità noleggiando un’auto. Abbiamo prenotato due 500L all’aeroporto di Brindisi con Leasys, ma una volta arrivati al punto noleggio ci hanno comunicato che non c’erano le due auto prenotate, ma soprattutto non c’era nessuna auto di quella categoria. Dopo le nostre proteste ci hanno proposto una soluzione, ci hanno proposto una 500 piccola (eravamo in 8 di cui 3 bambini) e di attendere circa 1 ora e 30 qualche possibile rientro. Alla mia richiesta di sanificazione dell’auto in rientro (siamo a giugno 2021 —> pandemia COVID-19) mi è stato risposto: “se la vuole PURE sanificata deve aspettare altro tempo”… Come se non bastasse, al momento della prenotazione avevamo chiamato per noleggiare anche i seggiolini auto per i bambini di 3 e 5 anni (perché sul sito non si potevano prenotare), ma al punto noleggio ci è stato detto che i seggiolini non c’erano perché a quanto pare non risultano come “prenotazione” ma come semplice “RICHIESTA”… La soluzione proposta (anche questa volta disastrosa) che potevamo benissimo recarci ad un supermercato e comprarceli! La situazione si è risolta solo grazie ad un altro autonoleggio… NON da Leasys Brindisi…statene alla larga!
Disorganization and total incompetence, Stay away if you want to start a holiday in peace by renting a car. We booked two 500L cars at Brindisi airport with Leasys, but once we arrived at the rental point they told us that there were no two cars booked, but above all there were no cars of that category. After our protests they proposed a solution, they offered us a small 500 (there were 8 of which 3 children) and to wait about 1 hour and 30 for some possible return. To my request to sanitize the returning car (we are in June 2021 -> COVID-19 pandemic) I was replied: "if you want it to PURE sanitized, you have to wait longer" ... As if that were not enough, at the time of booking we had called to also rent car seats for children of 3 and 5 years (because they could not be booked on the site), but at the rental point we were told that the seats were not there. because apparently they do not appear as a "reservation" but as a simple "REQUEST" ... The proposed solution (also disastrous this time) that we could very well go to a supermarket and buy them! The situation was resolved only thanks to another car rental… NOT from Leasys Brindisi… stay away!

Avevo già noleggiato con Leasys un anno fa presso l’ aereoporto di Palermo e mi ero trovato da dio. Data L’ esperienza più che positiva decido di dargli fiducia e li scelgo anche per Brindisi. Mai fatta scelta più sbagliata, noleggio da dimenticare, non mi soffermo sui dettagli per evitare polemiche. Un solo consiglio, rivolgetevi ad altre compagnie di noleggio!!!!
I had already chartered with Leasys a year ago at the airport of Palermo and I was a godsend. Given the more than positive experience, I decide to trust them and I also choose them for Brindisi. Never made a more wrong choice, rental to forget, I don't dwell on the details to avoid controversy. Just one tip, contact other rental companies !!!!

Nicht empfehlenswert! Die Wartezeit kann gut und gerne in die Stunden gehen und die Schlange reicht bis weit außerhalb des Gebäudes. Bearbeitungszeit ca. 30 Minuten pro Kunde, wie kann man so ineffizient sein? Nachtrag: Nach über 2 Stunden ist noch kein Ende der Wartezeit in Sicht.
Not recommended! The waiting time can easily get into the hours and the queue extends far outside the building. Processing time approx. 30 minutes per customer, how can you be so inefficient? Addendum: After more than 2 hours there is still no end of the waiting time in sight.

Attenzione al cliente pessima o inesistente. La signorina mi ha risposto al teléfono abbastanza scocciata dicendomi che aveva un cliente davanti e mi aveva risposto solo perché pensava fosse una domanda veloce. Mi ha chiesto di consultare la página Internet o richiamare dopo 10 minuti. Ho richiamato dopo 15 munuti ma non mi hanno piú risposto al teléfono nonstante le 30 chiamate Nella mezz'ora successiva.
Bad or non-existent customer attention. The young lady answered the phone quite annoyed by telling me that she had a customer in front of me and she only answered me because she thought it was a quick question. He asked me to consult the internet page or call back after 10 minutes. I called back after 15 minutes but they no longer answered the phone despite the 30 calls. In the next half hour.

worst car rental experience ever. Annoying push from employees on up-selling products instead of being fast and efficient in the service (which I already booked online to speed-up). Refueling debt without any reason (despite contacting customer service) when I returned the car with full tank. Avoid it if you can.

Dirty cars, terrible service, expensive, phones never answered, if you get stuck on the road, good luck. No wonder none of the wholesellers list Leasy as an option. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If you expect anyone to speak english...the basics... good luck, specially in Italy

Never rent a car there, this agency is a scam. We tried to rent a car through a platform. We paid, but when we arrived in Brindisi, they refused because I had a debit card and not a credit card (in France, credit cards are very rare, we travel a lot and it’s the first time someone requires it). They refused to refund us even though they received the money. Customer service => 0. They almost insulted us to tell us to go away. We are a young couple and we can’t afford to get 500€ stolen like this, even if this case was technically written in their (very long + through a broker so no one really gets the document) terms and conditions. Honesty => 0. My parents or my wife could have paid the insurance with a credit card but they told us it was written in the terms and conditions that this could only be done by the driver. They didn’t care at all and just didn’t try to find a solution (even though the broker told them it was fully possible and other car rental companies right next to them accepted debit cards). We asked them to call the « boss » who told them to tell us to go away and that he wouldn’t refund us. Reading the comments on this page I realize that it’s not the first time. We are thinking about a class action of some form, this might be illegal regarding customer protection regulations. Please contact me if you have any advice.
