IMBARAZZANTI!!! Noleggiato una auto a Roma Termini, consegnata all'ora di punta in doppia fila, chiesto di poterla controllare con il loro operatore per cercare eventuale danni non riportati sul contratto. Alla richiesta l'addetto si è semplicemente dileguato dicendo che non vi era alcun bisogno. Alla riconsegna, in un altra città, l'operatore si è infilato sotto al paraurti trovando un graffio e volendomelo addebitare. Rifiutato il danno mando una PEC alla ditta spiegando l'accaduto, nessuna risposta ricevuta. Seconda PEC stessa risposta, nessuna. Mi arriva l'addebito per il danno (230 euro), terza PEC ancora nessuna risposta!!! Operatori maleducati, piuttosto andate a piedi.
EMBARASSING!!! Rented a car in Rome Termini, delivered at rush hour in double row, asked to be able to check it with their operator to look for any damage not reported on the contract. At the request, the clerk simply vanished saying that there was no need. Upon delivery, in another city, the operator slipped under the bumper, finding a scratch and wanting to charge me for it. Refused the damage, I send a PEC to the company explaining what happened, no reply received. Second PEC same answer, none. I get the charge for the damage (230 euros), third PEC still no answer !!! Rude operators, rather go on foot.

Renté un coche hace unos meses y, por equivocación, pensaba que el horario de entrega era más tarde de lo previsto, por lo que llegué tarde a recogerlo. Los empleados me contactaron para decirme que no me preocupara porque me esperarían hasta que llegara. Al llegar me atendieron con mucha amabilidad y como si nada hubiera pasado, a pesar de que ya no eran horas de trabajo. Me entregaron el coche en perfectas condiciones y al devolverlo no hubo "sorpresas" de cargos extra. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
I rented a car a few months ago and, by mistake, I thought the delivery time was later than expected, so I was late to pick it up. The employees contacted me to tell me not to worry because they would wait for me until I arrived. When I arrived they treated me with great kindness and as if nothing had happened, even though it was no longer working hours. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition and when I returned it there were no "surprises" of extra charges. I recommend it 100%.

I will start with benefits, cars in perfect condition, personal is very friendly a helpfull. Drop off in 2 minutes. And now the reason why i put 3 instead of 5 stars: Made the reservation for the March and paid it by card. Due to the COVID our flight was canceled and so that my plans also. Typed them to cancel the rental and get confirmation that the rental was canceled. After month and a half noticed that the money still not on mine account. Typed again and get the reply that money return not posible and they are sending a voucher. The voucher had no number or any ID... After a while the borders get open again so I plan my trip to Italy and try to use the voucher. Typed to the company that want a reservation with voucher but my email was ignored for a week. When I tried to call them, went through the automatic gate, triing to reach reservation line and after 30 seconds of waiting was kicked out. Have to call customer service line where told me that I have to call reservation line... When I explain them that noone is answer told me that it´s OK and they give them a message to call me back next day. After 3 day I called them as noone trid to reach me and my vacation was soon. Luckily the lady on the line was absolutelly wonderfull and helpfull. Finally we negotiated compleate rental and also possibility to use the voucher. She promised to inform the office in Roma and that i do not need any paper, or any confirmation. Well as I spend with car rental more than 2 hours i rather print out the voucher and also the confirmation email. When I reach the office they know about mine rental but were very suprised that I will not pay and want to use a voucher.... Well the pick-up of the car was for almost half an hour in the office without AC...

Staff at reception was very nice. Collection was easy and fast. Great car in perfect condition. Location is very convenient to reach Fiumicino airport by train. Only problem was the out-of-hours drop-off: it's tricky to find a parking space in that area!

Unfriendy staff. They didn't accept debit card even if we offered to pay in cash or with another card. We lost 20 euro for nothing. Not suggested.
