β β β β β They were late to our scheduled meeting time to pick up the car. We refilled the car about 25 km away from the rental agency, and they charged us 55 Euro for refueling fees. They even sent us a picture of the fuel meter within a millimeter of the full tank mark. I would read the comments about additional cleaning and fueling fees before renting from them - or at least count that into your budget. Very shady business techniques by them. We won't go back.

Update: even the reservation was cancelled, no contract signed, the money was withdrawn from the card. Efter several support contacts, Noleggiare just ignores it. No refund, Noleggiare are scammers.

10/10 would rent from again. Great people.

β β β β β I booked a manual car and they gave me an automatic, as they "didn't have another". I had never driven an automatic car and I scratched it an a garage entrance against a pillar. Now they booked 980β¬ from my credit card. Never had a worse experience in my life. Any other company must be better.

They will examine your car upon return with the magnifying glass just to charge the tiniest scratch with β¬ 200,- (plus handling fees) ...
This company rips off its customers in a criminally grand scale.

The check out was very bad, nobody showed us the scratches that there was in the car. When we returned it, the lady that was there saw a scratch under the car (not us, but its what they say against what we say....we dont have proves). She say it's gonna be 500β¬ for two little scratches under the car...
We asked for the reclamation sheet and she said that honestly she hasnt and that we had to send a mail... Hello??????? Bad service... They do money with little scratches.
Very bad experience. We are going to report Noleggiare.

β β β β β What a surprise it was when I found out that there is no office of this company at the airport. After searching for them at the airport I called them and they told me that they will pick me up. I had to wait a very long time until they finally arrived. A second surprise was when I dropped the car off. On a day of a drop off I called them to organise transfer and a smooth drop off but they told me to drop the car at the airport. After a few days they charged me extra money for collection of the car at the airport, vehicle cleaning, extra day.
A fact that I booked a vehicle to be picked up and dropped off at the airport does not interest them.
A fact that I called them before drop off and specifically asked them where to drop the car off does not interest them.
I returned a vehicle around noon and they charged me an extra day for that?
A car wasnβt specifically dirty when I returned it. Maybe some dust outside and some bits of crackers in the back where my kid was sitting.
We rented a booster for a kid for around fifty euros. For this money you get a piece of plastic covered in some fabric. A kid was complaining about back pain the whole journey.
I strongly recommend not to use the service of this company. I have a feeling that if they have even a small chance to rip someone off they will do it.
