Nicola e Rocco in cucina a creare, La gentilezza e professionalità di Gaia e Ilaria in sala ci hanno accompagnato nella scelta dei vini per ben abbinare le portate di un ottimo menù a degustazione spiegato e illustrato portata per portata, che durante la cena ha dato spunto di confronto sui gusto delle opere proposte. Tutto perfetto e .........pecche? No, nessuna, forse una riflessione, la scelta di non lasciare la bottiglia di vino in tavola, ma versatela con discrezione quando il calice finisce, da la possibilità di vedere i tuoi commensali senza impedimenti frontali, ma allo stesso tempo mi manca il piacere di valutare etichetta e descrizione dei vini scelti e proposti. Ma questa domanda la farò presto, appena tornerò a farmi cullare al Noir Complimenti e grazie ancora della bella serata. Il personale è gentile e non invadente: una breve descrizione del piatto e del vino e via, senza troppi fronzoli. Bravi davvero. Exquisite. I tried the 7 course tasting plus wine and the dishes were very special and very good. The combinations are refined and successful. The staff is kind and unobtrusive: a brief description of the dish and the wine and away, without too many frills. Really good.

Abbiamo chiesto di cenare all’esterno, vista la bella giornata, e anche se normalmente non è una cosa che viene fatta, perché per godere appieno della degustazione è consigliato l’interno, i proprietari ci hanno voluto accontentare. Scelto il menu degustazione da 7 portate, tutte ottime dall’entrèe al dolce. Servizio molto discreto, non invadente. Abbinamento vini molto particolare. Prezzo buono per la qualità e la ricercatezza dei piatti proposti. Consigliamo di andare e tornarci! Non e in centro a Treviso, ma vale lo sforzo fare 3 minuti di macchina in più, per provare qualcosa di diverso. Ideale per cene importanti di lavoro o cene romantiche e occasioni speciali! We asked to dine outside, given the beautiful day, and even if normally it is not something that is done, because to fully enjoy the tasting the inside is recommended, the owners wanted to please us. We chose the 7-course tasting menu, all excellent from entrèe to dessert. Very discreet, unobtrusive service. Very particular wine pairing. Good price for the quality and refinement of the dishes on offer. We recommend going and going back! It is not in the center of Treviso, but it is worth the effort to do 3 more minutes by car, to try something different. Ideal for important business dinners or romantic dinners and special occasions!

Sia io che mio marito siamo rimasti meravigliati e soddisfatti non soltanto delle portate a sorpresa (favolose e porzioni giuste) ma anche come vengono presentate, del personale che ti fa sentire a tuo agio oltre che essere preparatissimo e dell’ambiente che si respira. Bravissimi, si vede da subito che c’è passione, tanta tecnica e amore in quello che fanno. Quando cucinare diventa un arte… questo è Noir. I went to this restaurant for a gift from a friend. Both my husband and I were amazed and satisfied not only with the surprise courses (fabulous and right portions) but also how they are presented, the staff who make you feel at ease as well as being very well prepared and the atmosphere you breathe. Very good, you can see immediately that there is passion, a lot of technique and love in what they do. When cooking becomes an art… this is Noir.

Veramente una grande esperienza di gusto, piatti di terra e di mare, se così di può dire ed inaspettati dolci alla fine (vedi foto non è un errore!!), che dimostrano la grande creatività dei due chef 'a vista'. Ottimo il vino My Tai, e anche quello particolare, proposto con il menù. We took the seven-course tasting menu 'in the dark'. Truly a great experience of taste, dishes of land and sea, if you can say so and unexpected desserts at the end (see photo is not a mistake !!), which demonstrate the great creativity of the two chefs 'on sight'. The My Tai wine is excellent, and also the particular one, proposed with the menu.

Si consiglia vivamente a chi ama il cibo ed il buon vino.. una coccola per estimatori.. BRAVI…. Complete sensory experience, impeccable service, unobtainable wines, 5-star staff… refined dishes, explosion of tastes… deserves… probably the Michelin stars will come sooner or later…. It is highly recommended for those who love food and good wine .. a cuddle for connoisseurs .. GOOD….
