★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience - beautiful dining room - innovative, cutting edge food - sometimes a little too cutting edge - the Donut alla bolognese and for me the veal sweetbread was too vinegary (I don't like vinegar - but I love sweetbreads so this might be harsh) - looking back at the photos 6 months on and I can still taste the dishes which has got to be a good sign - memorable and interesting with a decent touch of theatre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really special experience, almost like a show. Not your usual dinner.
The design of the place is very special and so are the dishes you are served.
The service is with high standard.
However the cooking level wasn't at the very top (this is why no michelin star if you ask me) and I feel the show of the place is a bit to cover up that fact.
Therefore it was a bit over priced.
There were some highlights though: scalop noodles, "donut", "pulp fiction".
If you can afford this kind of stuff, worth the one time experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very creative and experience driven meal - we opted for the ‘mirror’ experience whereby you simply tell the chef what type of foods you do or do not like and leave everything else up to them. It was phenomenal- I’ve been to quite a few even 3-starred Michelin restaurants and this one was up there with respect to the food quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING. I eat all over the world, and this is one of the top 3 restaurants I've tried in my life. The food was creative and delicious. The staff were amazing. They listen to your likes and dislikes and tailor the meal perfectly. Just go.

The space is so well thought out, the lighting, the artwork, the tableware. The food is inventive and delicious but the star of the evening is the staff which is so attentive.
We were so impressed!

the concept here is that there isn’t any. the menu is a surprise and every course we got was more surprising than the last. the chef and their team are magicians of food and unleash their creativity on their dishes. highly recommend if you need a michelin experience in Milan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will like this restaurant if you like to be surprised by new and innovative cuisine. The fermented pasta with caviar and the bolognese doughnut were hits. The price of innovation is occasional unpleasant textures and relatively bland dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences i have had. Staff were extremely helfpul and friendly. Food was outstanding, creative and fun. The presentation was not pretentious. Each plate had a distinct story and ranged from simple ingredients to complex arrangeme ts but all extremely delicious. Pairing of wine was also straightforward - nothing extravagant, but accompanied easily enough. Can't wait to go back
