I signori della sede di Treviso, Giovanni e Stefania sono stati molto gentili, educati e professionali. Esperienza positiva da ripetere e raccomandare. L’unico neo riscontrato, motivo per cui non metto la 5 stella, è stato il tempo di attesa un po' lungo rispetto all’ora fissata per la presa visione e perizia dell’auto; al riguardo suggerisco di scandire/allungare meglio i tempi tra un appuntamento ed un altro e/o la presenza di una figura di supporto in più. Consigliato, bravi! I appreciate the seriousness and speed in concluding the sale of my car. The gentlemen of the Treviso office, Giovanni and Stefania were very kind, polite and professional. Positive experience to repeat and recommend. The only drawback found, which is why I do not put the 5 star, was the waiting time a bit long compared to the time set for the inspection and appraisal of the car; in this regard, I suggest to better articulate / lengthen the time between one appointment and another and / or the presence of an additional support figure. Beh il concessionario, bontà sua era disponibile a rottamarmela gratis, noi compriamo auto invece mi ha dato quanto promesso on line... 1930 euro! Il tutto perdendo si e no un'oretta di tempo... Poi, una volta attirati nella rete da ispettori molto amichevoli e affabili, ogni pelino sulla macchina butta giù il prezzo. Nel mio caso, siamo passati da 3500 euro a 1300 euro. Il gioco è che le persone che si rivolgono a questi signori generalmente hanno bisogno di una vendita rapida per propri motivi, quindi alla fine, mugugnando, si tende ad accettare i ridicoli prezzi finali che offrono. Poi, nel mio caso, a documenti firmati, qualcuno alla sede di Milano ha avuto paura e cassato l'accordo a tempo scaduto perché ho detto che ho venduto la macchina dopo poco tempo dall'acquisto perché il venditore mi ha raccontato una balla e non era quello che volevo. Quindi, oltre ad aver subito il danno di aver dovuto accettare un prezzo ridicolo, hanno loro stesso chiuso l'accordo dopo che i documenti sono stati firmati, e per giunta senza restituirmi i documenti con la mia firma. In aggiunta, per diversi giorni successivi, ho ricevuto telefonate e email minacciosi dalla sede centrale dicendo che avrebbero preso azioni legali nei miei confronti se non avessi consegnato la macchina!!! Alla fine, ho dovuto minacciare azioni legali io stesso per farli smettere. Ridicoli. Consiglio vivamente di trovare altri sistemi per vendere la propria auto, ma a livello nazionale, non solo Treviso. P.S. Ho ricevuto una prima quotazione tramite il portale, mi sono recato poi presso la sede di Treviso dove ho conosciuto due persone cordiali e disponibili, Stefania e Giovanni. Hanno fatto una verifica della documentazione dell'auto, procedendo poi con la perizia. Dopo un paio di giorni l'auto è stata venduta ad un prezzo soddisfacente, quindi mi sono recato da loro per le ultime formalità e all'agenzia (a pochi km di distanza) per il passaggio di proprietà. Professionalità e rapidità al top! Raccomando vivamente questo servizio!
