Ho confermato che andava bene e ho chiesto cosa dovevo fare. Mi hanno detto di andare 10 giorni prima a lasciare la caparra. Ho esplicitamente detto che ne avevo proprio bisogno e che confermava la prenotazione. Quando mi presento 10 giorni prima mi dicono che non hanno mezzi a disposizione per le date richieste precedentemente. Io sono stata ingenua a non farmi firmare un contratto, loro disonesti e poco professionali nel non essere di parola e nel non avvisarmi. A month before I called to rent a nine-seater van, I was told it was available and I got a quote. I confirmed that it was fine and asked what I should do. They told me to go 10 days before to leave the deposit. I explicitly said that I really needed it and that it confirmed the booking. When I introduce myself 10 days before they tell me that they have no means available for the dates requested previously. I was naive not to get signed a contract, they were dishonest and unprofessional in not being speaking and not warning me.
