By .... I ask for a brochure ... and in a little while they will sell me a machine ready for delivery. They know how to do it! The store is impeccable. Good and nice. I liked them less the machines because I find them angular aesthetically. My personal judgment. Greetings and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente da 10 ANNI Ford Autochiavari Lavagna pubblico qui la recensione in quanto impossibile farla dal sito dell' Autochiavari ; comprato una Ford focus st line a fine settembre dopo meno di 1 mese presenta problemi al motore, portato in officina più volte e il problema persiste, fissato appuntamento per risoluzione del problema la macchina devono tenersela una giornata , a quel punto chiedo macchina di cortesia o sostitutiva e mi viene detto che è disponibile solo a pagamento; ribadisco che la macchina e' nuova e in garanzia.
Contatto assistenza clienti Ford la quale mi risponde aprendo una segnalazione che la Ford garantisce l auto sostitutiva se presente in officina o in alternativa noleggiata a loro carico.
Ritengo pessimo il comportamento dell' officina in quanto il cliente non è buono solo quando compra ma dovrebbe essere rispettato anche dopo l acquisto. Cosi come noi rispettiamo Ford da 10 anni.
Customer for 10 YEARS Ford Autochiavari Lavagna publishes the review here as it is impossible to do it from the Autochiavari site; bought a Ford focus st line at the end of September after less than 1 month it has engine problems, taken to the workshop several times and the problem persists, set an appointment to solve the problem the car must keep it for a day, at which point I ask for a courtesy car or replacement and I'm told it's only available for a fee; I repeat that the machine is new and under warranty.
I contact Ford customer service who answers me by opening a report that Ford guarantees the replacement car if present in the workshop or alternatively rented at their expense.
I think the behavior of the workshop is very bad as the customer is not only good when buying but should be respected even after the purchase. Just as we have respected Ford for 10 years.
