★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una seria avaria, spegnimento dell’auto in marcia in autostrada, auto nuova acquistata pochi mesi fa da Fossati. Non rispondono alle e-mail. Forse non le leggono neppure.
I had a serious breakdown, the car turned off while driving on the motorway, a new car purchased a few months ago from Fossati. They don't respond to emails. Maybe they don't even read them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità fin dalla trattativa d’acquisto (quando me ne sono reso conto era tardi). Il post vendita commerciale è praticamente inutile e l’assistenza (tagliandi/ interventi in garanzia) è veramente scadente. Dopo aver segnalato, fin da subito, e fatto vedere un difetto di verniciatura sto ancora aspettando che mi contattino per appuntamento (come mi avevano riferito) sono passato altre 2 volte e poi , non essendo mai considerato ho risolto altrove.
Lack of professionalism right from the purchase negotiation (it was late when I realized it). The commercial after-sales service is practically useless and the assistance (coupons / interventions under warranty) is really poor. After reporting, immediately, and showing a paint defect, I'm still waiting for them to contact me by appointment (as they had told me) I passed 2 more times and then, never being considered, I solved it elsewhere.
