★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo una settimana e numerose email e chiamate non ho ancora ricevuto un prezzo per un auto usata, e pensate ero disposto ad acquistare la vettura on line per poi ritirarla nella loro sede, non è un concessionario serio, mancanza totale di professionalità, esperienza personale.
after a week and numerous emails and calls I have not yet received a price for a used car, and think I was willing to buy the car online and then collect it at their headquarters, it is not a serious dealer, total lack of professionalism, personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino alla consegna dell' auto tutto bene, personale gentile e disponibile. Sono sorti problemi in fase di consegna non risolti anzi proprio non considerati.. la differenza tra un buon servizio e uno mediocre si nota proprio da queste cose..
Until the delivery of the car everything was fine, friendly and helpful staff. Problems have arisen during the delivery phase that are not resolved or rather not considered .. the difference between a good service and a mediocre one can be seen from these things ..
