L unica cosa avrei preferito trovare del salamino soppressata tagliato grossolanamente che fa anche più scena, anziché le classifiche fette di salame. Dolce superbo, la torta alla carota è molto leggere e fresca e soprattutto buona. Ci ritornerei volentieri ??? Cozy and well structured place, excellent beer I recommend it for lovers of Waisse, super cutting board ... The only thing I would have preferred to find of the coarsely cut suppressed salami that makes even more scene, rather than the classic slices of salami. Superb dessert, the carrot cake is very light and fresh and above all good. I would gladly go back ???

Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 2 alle 9 e mezza, arrivati con mezz'ora di ritardo abbiamo trovato ancora il tavolo che ci aspettava nonostante fuori fosse pieno di gente che aspettava un tavolo! Questo la dice gia lunga sulla ottima accoglienza e professionalità del locale a differenza di altri locali che pur di far numero non aspettano neanche 5 minuti dalla tua prenotazione e subito ti levano il tavolo. Seduti abbiamo consultato i vasti menù e abbiamo optato per dei bocconcini fritti e due hamburger, da Matteo come sempre ci siamo fatti consigliare un ottima birra da poter accompagnare alle nostre scelte e non ha sbagliato neanche questa volta. Ci ha offerto una medio bassa da 9 gradi leggermente dolce molto buona !! I bocconcini sono arrivati subito insieme alla birra quasi l hamburger una decina di minuti dopo ma del tutto plausibile visto che il locale era pieno. La carne cotta perfettamente e accompagnata con degli ottimi contorni. Tutti materiali di prima scelta!! Quasi fatti in casa. Insomma che dire mai rimasto deluso da questo locale e penso che mai lo sarò. Spero possiate trovarvi bene come mi sono trovato io questi anni che ci vado! Now after 3 years of going there I think this place is one of the top of the city! We booked a table for 2 at 9:30, arrived half an hour late we still found the table waiting for us despite the fact that outside it was full of people waiting for a table! This already says a lot about the excellent hospitality and professionalism of the place unlike other places that do not wait even 5 minutes from your booking in order to make up the number and immediately lift your table. Seated, we consulted the extensive menus and opted for fried morsels and two hamburgers, from Matteo, as always, we got advice on an excellent beer to accompany our choices and he was not wrong even this time. He offered us a very good slightly sweet 9 degree medium low !! The morsels arrived immediately along with the beer almost the hamburger about ten minutes later but quite plausible since the place was full. The meat cooked perfectly and accompanied with excellent side dishes. All first choice materials !! Almost homemade. In short, what can I say never been disappointed by this place and I think I never will be. I hope you find yourselves as well as I have found these years that I have been going there!

Ho manifestato le mie perplessità a Matteo (il gentilissimo proprietario) dovute alla presenza nel macinato di prodotti di scarsa qualità ed aggiunte varie (tipo farina, fecola, ecc ecc) e mi ha spiegato che i loro hamburger sono pezzi di filetto che vengono macinati senza alcun tipo di aggiunta, infatti vengono serviti anche ai celiaci. Abbiamo optato per due hamburger magrissimi: fassona e chianina accompagnati da contorni di stagione. Tutto squisito, carne veramente ottima. Altro punto a favore la presenza di pochissimo condimento nelle verdure. Torneremo prestissimo. Un ringraziamento anche alle ragazze responsabili della sala per la gentilezza, disponibilità ed attenzione. Highly recommended. We had dinner at this brewery and, personally, I was skeptical of the burger menu. I expressed my perplexities to Matteo (the very kind owner) due to the presence in the ground of poor quality products and various additions (such as flour, starch, etc. etc.) and he explained to me that their burgers are pieces of fillet that are ground without any kind of addition, in fact they are also served to celiacs. We opted for two very lean burgers: Fassona and Chianina accompanied by seasonal side dishes. All delicious, really good meat. Another point in favor is the presence of very little seasoning in the vegetables. We will be back very soon. Thanks also to the girls in charge of the room for their kindness, availability and attention.

We arrived quite early, the manager asked a few questions to understand our personal tastes, and found a supurb bottle of beer that we all enjoyed, a difficult task seeing as all we have different tastes. I chose the veggie burger with special ingredients, and the others tartar... it was delicate, freshly prepared and highly appreciated. And dessert? So much to choose from... and my cheesecake was ? delicious! I'd like to Thank the managers and their families for such a lovely evening.
