★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per niente soddisfatta. Ho chiesto dei riflessi ramati facendo vedere una foto sul mio telefono. Due ore e mezza per ritrovarmi rossa (sono castana scuro) e una piega da vecchietta. Ma quello che mi ha fatto veramente incavolare è stata la difficoltà a togliere il colore rosso...ci sono voluti 2 mesi e una brava parrucchiera perché da loro non8n sono più tornata e mai tornerò
Not satisfied at all. I asked for auburn highlights by showing a picture on my phone. Two and a half hours to find myself red (I'm dark brown) and an old woman's hair. But what really pissed me off was the difficulty in removing the red color ... it took 2 months and a good hairdresser because I never came back to them and I will never come back
