Un prosecco freschissimo accompagnato da finger food di ottima qualità: mozzarella di bufala, formaggio di fossa e tartare di ricciola. Tempo di attesa irrisorio. Ci sono veramente venuti incontro con tantissima gentilezza. I professionisti si riconoscono anche dai particolari. Avendo un bimbo molto piccolo non possiamo impegnarci a tavola per molte decine di minuti ma speriamo di tornare a cena da voi!
Aggiungo: norme covid rispettate alla perfezione, credo l'unico‼️ prezzi onestissimi che sono valse una piccola mancia
Impromptu request to have an aperitif before the evening. Great answer. A very fresh prosecco accompanied by excellent quality finger food: buffalo mozzarella, pit cheese and amberjack tartare. Negligible waiting time. They really came to meet us with a lot of kindness. Professionals can also be recognized by the details. Having a very young child we cannot commit ourselves to the table for many tens of minutes but we hope to return to dinner with you!
I add: covid rules respected to perfection, I think the only‼ ️ honest prices that are worth a small tip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente un bel posto. La sala di medie dimensioni rispecchia l'architettura tipica del passato toscano. Piatti molto curati con sapore naturale senza eccessivo condimento. La cameriera, a modo suo, simpatica e disponibile a dare spiegazioni.
Quando tornerò a Massa farò sicuramente tappa in questo posto
A really nice place. The medium-sized room reflects the typical architecture of the Tuscan past. Well-finished dishes with natural flavor without excessive seasoning. The waitress, in her own way, nice and willing to give explanations.
When I return to Massa I will definitely stop in this place

Service at its best, food made with love and an eye for the small details. The kitchen is even able to prepare seefood as good as lamb - not an every day ability. Truly worth 5Stars without any deduction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner had a lovely lunch at the Bistrô! Perfect for a romantic lunch/dinner…Service was warm and polite, the food was very good, fresh porcini, white truffles, perfect pasta and an amazing tiramisu to finish! Highly recommend!
