SCAM. Do not buy any tickets anywhere through Nicom Tours. Their tickets seem legit but no one will meet you and you will be denied entry like we were to the Dome in Florence. The emails you receive after purchasing the tickets seem legit but then when we realized no one was showing up to meet us, we tried calling the number provided, which beeped forever. We tried contacting Nicom Tours through the WhatsApp number provided and no one responded. We never heard from anyone and they stole our money and we were denied entry into the Dome. We looked online and realized the company is a scam. I recommend only using the official site for purchasing tickets for any cathedrals or museums in Italy.

Affordable but not reliable, they canceled the tour one day before the date. So, I could not book alternative ones, also their refund wasn't exactly the most simple procedure.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a tour to the Roman coliseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill. It was a fake ticket. Then the Coliseum was sold out, which is to be expected, so we didn’t get to see it.

Okay. Here we go. I think this place needs a review/explanation for vatican city β€œfast track” pass. I cannot attest to others experience. I booked this pass around 0815am for 1030am experience (same day). I personally enjoyed this booking via ?viator Based on my memory. 1. Meeting spot that they list is correct. You do have to enter β€œenjoy rome” building 2. Stand in line and check in 20-40mins in advance in case (from time of the tour) 3. You will follow a tour group until you enter the vatican museum (and hence skipped the line). 4. Wait 5-10 min after security for the tour guide to buy the tickets inside the museum. Then the guide will give you your ticket so you can proceed on your own. 5. In case, sistine chapel is part of the vatican museum tour (at the very end). 6. This is a one way tour through the museum (so dont expect to go back into tapestry area once you arrived at sistine chapel). -hope this helps. Yes - it is pricy as others mentioned… but come on - if you are looking at this review - you are planning things at last minute (otherwise you wouldve bought rome or omnia card).

I booked a Skip The Line ticket to the Colosseum and Ancient Rome. When I got to the line, I was told that the ticket doesn’t work. I was immediately contacted by a customer service representative who notified me that my purchase should not have gone through because there was no open reservation for that day, but had somehow gone through anyway. She told me to email the company with my booking number and they will refund me my Β£44. I would’ve given them a lower rating if they hadn’t followed up with me so quickly.

I book the tour online (Rome to Pompeii) after locating the site on tripadvisor. I actually book the tour directly on their nicomtours.com site. I was eskeptic first due to some bad reviews I read on Google and due to the lack of response from Nicom staff. But it turns out the tour is legitimate and an excellent service. The tour is exactly as advertised. You get picked up at via Cavour 224. Catia meets you 20 to 15 minutes prior to the departure time and you board the bus and leave exactly at 07:30 or at the time specified on your booking confirmation email. You get this email with the instructions after booking on their site. They really don't respond or contact you beyond that confirmation email, but the tour is legitimate and real. I was so worried that I even went to one of their offices to check if they were legit and yes indeed they are. As soon as the bus departs Catia starts giving free tips about possible points along the way that you might want to visit later and some of them are very interesting. After leaving Rome area, the bus stops half the way to Pompeii for 15 minutes and then it continues until it reaches the park. It's only a 15 minutes break. The bus has AC and the seats are comfortable. At the park you get actually hook up with your actual person that will guide you privately through Pompeii. Know before hand that the purpose of the guided tour is to give you an overview of the main points of Pompeii and to introduce you into the everyday life of Pompeii people, but don't expect the guided tour to take you to every single area and point of Pompeii because the place is HUGE (several hectareas to cover it all). It's just impossible for them to take you in one hour to the entire park. Then, after the one hour intro private tour, you get two hours to do as you please in Ponpeii park or outside at the restaurant. You pretty much do what ever you want (solo mode) for two hours. Don't try to cover the furthest points of the park in those two hours because it's simple impossible, you need an entire day or days to see every sections of Pompeii. You need to see it to realize how HUGE the city was. If you want to cover the entire place you need to book a hotel and stay at the site for a day or several days. I tried to go far for two hours and max I was able to cover was the same sections visited by the tour guide due to the immensity of Pompeii. I suggest you to instead review the square area and the museum (little museum, in Pompeii). Catia tells you beforehand the meeting point to return and then the bus departs and returns to the same starting point at Via Cavour 224. Personally, for me the tour was excellent, and it was worth every penny spent. Just be aware you won't get a reply (ever) from Nicom tour prior to the tour day. But be reasure that the tour is legit and real. Their physical office is actually located at Via Germanico 8, 00192 Roma. I actually went to the site to verify it was legit. The office is called Enjoy Rome (somehow they are partners/same company).

We went on a day trip to Tivoli with Nicom Tours and it was a great experience! We arrived at the meeting point early and rang the company to check that the tour was still going ahead, they answered quickly and informed us that their colleague was on the way. When she arrived she talked us through the process and we got on the minibus with Mario, who was a great driver! As we arrived at Villa Adrian, we were greeted by our tour guide Giuseppe who was friendly and informative! He was very easy to listen to and gave us time to explore the grounds in both villas and took us to a lovely Trattoria for lunch. All in all this was a delightful trip and it has been our favourite day in Rome so far! ?
