My experience is very positive. I ordered a pair of pumps with number 35 that wore large but in the description there was written comfortable fit, they were very kind and quick to replace with a number 34 that fits perfectly.

Su FB e Instagram li trovate come Clizia Shoes, prestate attenzione alla polita sui resi, io ho atteso i 30 gg per il rimborso e poi ho dovuto aprire un reclamo con Paypal, ovviamente dopo aver scritto diverse mail alle quali mi rispondevano sempre di stare “tranquilla”, poi le stesse scarpe a 99 euro a Novembre 2021 e ora a 129 euro prima dei saldi a Dicembre.
Just fools. On FB and Instagram you can find them as Clizia Shoes, pay attention to the return policy, I waited 30 days for the refund and then I had to open a complaint with Paypal, obviously after writing several emails to which they always replied to stay " quiet ”, then the same shoes at 99 euros in November 2021 and now at 129 euros before the December sales.
