★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nostro installatore a Roma ci ha installato due impianti antintrusione piuttosto grandi prodotti da quest'azienda. I prodotti sono normalissimi ma il vero problema è che per i servizi di assistenza sui loro impianti in tutta la nostra regione si affidano ad un'unica ditta che, anche per interventi in garanzia, richiede il pagamento anticipato di una discreta somma prima di prendere anche il solo appuntamento e crea enormi difficoltà e ritardi per la sostituzione dei pezzi in garanzia. Alle mie rimostranze al riguardo, in azienda non si sono neanche degnati di rispondere.

The products are very normal but the real problem is that for the assistance services on their plants throughout our region they rely on a single company that, even for interventions under warranty, requires the advance payment of a fair sum before taking even the only appointment and creates enormous difficulties and delays for the replacement of the parts under warranty. I have not even bothered to respond to my complaints about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un piccolo distributore di Padova, lavoro con loro da 10 anni, premetto che in passato ho distribuito sia prodotti di multinazionali che di piccoli produttori come Nexttec ma in entrambi i casi sono state rare le aziende dove ho trovato precisione, velocità e disponibilità dal punto di vista sia del commerciale che del servizio tecnico. Molti players di riferimento nella distribuzione in Italia di sicurezza dovrebbero interessarsi a queste piccole ma dinamiche e flessibili realtà MADE IN ITALY.
