Il personale scarico di lavoro, non ha aiutato una collega alle prime armi, che purtroppo non avendo esperienza nel settore, non era in grado di risolvere i vincoli che avevamo concernente un mobile bagno ed un mobile lavanderia. Quando ti attacco ad un ufficio quasi dai fastidio. Ma sono solo loro sul mercato oppure troviamo alternativa? I was in Settimo Torinese then here in Rivoli but the treatment is the same. Nobody in reception. First turn and look then wait .... but nobody listens to you. When I attack you at an office you almost bother. But are they just on the market or do we find an alternative?

Ho comprato 5 scatole di listelli simil palchetto e 3 di queste scatole erano fallate e non me le hanno volute sostituire. I have always found myself very well. Competent people and fair prices. Ambiente non accogliente, se entri non c’è nessuno, bisogna salire fino a sopra gli uffici per poter capire con chi parlare. Personale poco chiaro, dopo aver fatto un ordine sbagliato, ho dovuto chiamare io personalmente 5 persone dell’azienda centrale per arrivare ad una conclusione e rimediare al problema, senza prendersi l’incarico l’agente che precedentemente è stato poco chiaro e ha sbagliato la fatturazione. Quindi menefreghista. Mi hanno fatto perdere un sacco di tempo per una tavoletta del water che può essere un acquisto effettuato in qualche minuto. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. NON CI TORNERÒ PIÙ. Consegna nei tempi prefissati. Sicuramente lo consiglio e ci tornerò per aggiungere i pezzi necessari al completamento dell'arredo.
