Nel caso in cui non è previsto, per poter avere tale corrispondenza, cosa bisogna fare? Considerato che le spedizioni come una raccomandata possono avere un rilievo rimarchevole sotto molteplici aspetti e non venendo consegnata, é chiaro, che la mancata consegna, può essere oggetto di contestazione giuridica da parte del sottoscritto.
