★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aspettavo una consegna mercoledì 27 novembre, oggi venerdì 29 li chiamo e mi dicono che la consegna è prevista per lunedì! servizio pessimo! metto 1 stella perché di meno non posso! da evitare come la peste.
aggiornamento: oggi 2 dicembre risulta "tentativo di consegna effettuato" recante ore 7:35 am! non si lavora così. ho chiamato e forse mi verrà consegnato domani. quasi una settimana di ritardo. voglia di lavorare saltami addosso
secondo e ultimo aggiornamento: consegnato ieri, 3 dicembre. non comprerò più in un negozio online che utilizza nexive. poco ma sicuro!!
 I was expecting a delivery on Wednesday 27 November, today I call them on Friday 29 and they tell me that delivery is scheduled for Monday! bad service! I put 1 star because I can't do less! to be avoided like the plague.
update: today 2 December is a "delivery attempt made" at 7:35 am! you don't work that way. I called and maybe it will be delivered tomorrow. almost a week late. want to work, jump on me
second and last update: delivered yesterday, 3 December. I will no longer buy in an online store that uses nexive. little but sure !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo che con GLS di Reggio Calabria avessi trovato il fondo mentre appuro che c'è addirittura di peggio. NEXIVE: VERAMENTE UNO SCHIFO.
Assistenza Zero. Ho un pacco che mi doveva essere recapito il 29 aprile e scopro, casualmente, che è in giacenza perché il civico è inesistente. Ovviamente è falso perché ho ricevuto altri corrieri e per ultimo, proprio un'ora fa SDA.
Non trovano gli indirizzi neanche in centro città e parlo del duomo di Reggio Calabria mancando consegne con documenti importanti.
Dovreste solo vergognarvi: noi le consegne le paghiamo!

They do not find the addresses even in the city center and I speak of the cathedral of Reggio Calabria as there is no delivery with important documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come consegna sono veloci, hanno sempre consegnato nei tempi giusti. Come ritiro a domicilio ancora non l'ho provato il servizio ma vendendo online lo proverò di sicuro è spero di non dover togliere stelle e che sia positivo come la ricezione.
As delivery they are fast, they have always delivered at the right time. As a home collection I have not tried the service yet but selling online I will try it for sure is I hope I do not have to remove stars and that it is as positive as the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre o quattro giorni per consegnare un pacco spedito da Napoli a Reggio Calabria, manco viaggiasse a piedi.
Programmano le consegne in una certa data e poi le rimandano senza dare informazioni, che non possono neanche essere chieste perché il numero di telefono indicato non è corretto.
Assolutamente pessimi!

Non ho mai avuto problemi con gli altri corrieri: puntualità e precisione. Arriva sto Nexive e magicamente sorgono problemi! L'indirizzo c'era ed era chiarissimo ma, pur ammettendo l'incompetenza di questi corrieri, esistono i numeri di telefono dei destinatari. Bah! Chiudete che fate più figura! Pessimi.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Shipping, from a well-known company, not delivered to an unknown recipient ... I have no words!
