Questa mancanza di professionalità mi costringerà a ritornarci apposta in altro giorno, sottraendo tempo a lavoro e comportandomi ulteriori spese di spostamento. PESSIMO!! Arriviamo però al dunque: aspettavo da settimane un pacco con Nexive e tracciando la lettera di vettura scopro che la merce è ferma da settimane a Manduria. Contatto la sede principale di Taranto che in modo vago mi segnala che la merce "potrebbe essere a Manduria" . Mi faccio dare il numero e chiamo questi signori che magicamente affermano che proprio in mattinata avrebbero chiamato per avvisarmi che per mancanza di fattorini la mia merce sarebbe stata recapitata in settimana. Ora mi chiedo: perché offendere l'intelligenza delle persone? Davvero credeva di parlare con uno stolto? Non avrebbe fatto una figura migliore dicendo, ci scusi, il pacco è qui, venga prenderselo ? Davvero pessimi. A mai più . Peccato perché con la vecchia gestione erano praticamente perfetti. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO. DA EVITARE. Ogni volta che qualcuno spedisce con nexive tremo e puntualmente il corriere pur di non consegnare dice che non mi trova in casa , a queste continue scuse stanchi di questi atteggiamenti ho minacciato la nexive di manduria dicendo che avrei uscito i filmati per dimostrare che il loro postino da noi non è mai venuto. Per adesso lascio questa recensione, alla prossima farò denuncia ai carabinieri e invierò copia alla generale di nexive per i comportamenti scorretti di queste sub agenzie ! Per il recapito di bollette e pagamenti le aziende dovrebbero revocare l'appalto con loro.
