Porto a riparare la mia gelatiera fuori uso alla New elettroservice di Pietrasanta, mi chiedono un anticipo di 20€ e mi dicono che mi faranno sapere l'entità del guasto nel giro di tre giorni. Non si fa vivo nessuno e al decimo giorno prendo io l'iniziativa di telefonare, mi dicono che il pezzo da sostituire non si trova. Passo a riprendere la mia gelatiera e mi propongono di acquistarne una nuova con un piccolo sconto. Non intendo accettare la proposta quindi torno a casa con la gelatiera rotta e 20€ in meno. Sono malfidata per natura e mi rivolgo a Moretti (quartiere Africa). Prendono in consegna l'ormai rottame senza neanche chiedere anticipi e il giorno dopo mi chiamano per farmi sapere che il pezzo da sostituire è stato trovato su internet. So quindi il tempo e il costo dell'intervento, questa si che è professionalità e onestà.
