★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra in netto declino: appena aperta devo ammettere che era un gradino sopra le altre, begli spazi e buoni macchinari.
Ora, anche a causa di cattiva manutenzione, sta davvero decadendo:
Le docce degli uomini sono poco pulite, maleodoranti.
Sauna e bagno turco spesso non vanno (peraltro è l'unica sauna nel mondo nella quale non è permesso fare doccia fredda..!!)
Nella sala pesi, i macchinari sono sporchi, non chiedo tanto ma ogni tanto una spolverata...
Unica cosa che si distingue in positivo sono i tapis roulant.
In tutto questo, non è neanche a buon mercato.

The only thing that stands out positively are the treadmills.
In all of this, it's not even cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ben attrezzata, pulita e con istruttori e istruttrici capaci. Sono presenti anche la sauna è il bagno turco. Unica pecca la difficoltà a fare gli esercizi dalle 18.30 in poi a causa del numero elevato di persone.

Per chi è ai primi passi, gli istruttori sono pronti a darti una mano e a seguirti con schede personalizzate. ci sono tutti gli attrezzi e da poco è stato installato un rack per fare calistenics e pesistica. Gli spogliatoi sono moderni e ha bagno turco e sauna di ultima generazione con anche sauna relax.
