★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отдал в ремонт ноутбук. Оставил номер телефона для информирования о процессе ремонта, стоимости, готовности. В итоге за каждой новостью приходилось ходить самому. Никто ничего не сообщал. Ремонт затянулся настолько, что я просто купил себе новый ноутбук. Но и забрать старый ноут для переноса информации с жесткого диска у меня не получилось ни с первого, ни со второго раза. Мне назначили день и время когда можно будет забрать ноутбук, но в назначенное время его на месте не оказалось! При этом я уже построил планы с тем условием, что я буду располагать данными.
Ремонт не выполнен. Сроки нарушены.
Еще и какую-то оплату хотят получить. Вот интересно а за что? А мне кто оплатит потерянное время?
Brought my laptop in for repair. I left a phone number to inform about the repair process, cost, readiness. As a result, you had to follow each piece of news yourself. Nobody reported anything. The repair took so long that I just bought myself a new laptop. But I didn’t manage to pick up the old laptop to transfer information from the hard drive either the first or the second time. At the same time, I have already made plans with the condition that I will have the data.
Repair not completed. Deadlines violated.
They also want to get paid. That's interesting, but for what? And who will pay me for the lost time?
