Inoltre tutti i giorni ci sono attività musicali per tutte le età.. Very affordable prices, the people who work there are all very nice and helpful. The premises are not huge but sufficient to train. Also every day there are musical activities for all ages ..

Sono anni ormai che la frequento e sono stato sempre seguito e consigliato per il meglio. Rita è una grande e Nico e Mario sono estremamente disponibili...provare per credere. G	Giormy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola palestra che si dimostra ben attrezzata, dalla sala pesi che conta tutti gli attrezzi principali ai vari tapis roulant, dai corsi aerobici molto differenziati agli spogliatoi dotati di docce e fon ad uso libero. Tariffe relativamente basse e personale cordiale e pronto all'aiuto. Small gym that proves to be well equipped, from the weight room that has all the main tools to the various treadmills, from very different aerobic courses to the changing rooms equipped with showers and hairdryers for free use. Relatively low rates and friendly, helpful staff.

A differenza delle grandi palestre si viene costantemente seguiti dal personale e i prezzi sono molto competitivi. Consigliato! Not large but very welcoming family run gym. Gli spogliatoi e le docce sono ben tenute. Ci sono phon a disposizione di tutti e anche armadietti con chiave. Il personale è cordiale e attento alle esigenze del singolo . Ottima palestra. The gym is small in size but still has many different machines. Several group courses are offered with qualified instructors. The changing rooms and showers are well kept. There are hair dryer available to all, and also with key lockers. The staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of the individual. Excellent gym.

C’è la sala pesi, la sala cardio, la sala fitness ed è presente la sauna. L’abbonamento (1,2,3,6 o 12 mesi) include tutto, anche i corsi. Essendo una piccola palestra, è frequentata da “bella gente”, i fighetti vanno alla tonic e compagnia bella. A qualunque ora del giorno è presente un istruttore, che ti segue e, se lo chiedi, ti preparano schede personalizzate. Gli spogliatoi comprendono 2 docce e armadietti. Consiglio vivamente di provare questa palestra, ad un prezzo molto abbordabile avete tutto ciò che vi serve, l’unico giorno abbastanza affollato è il lunedì, d’altronde dappertutto è così, il resto della settimana potete allenarvi tranquillamente senza perdere troppo tempo.
