Finalmente un negozio dove non ti fanno provare il materasso per qualche secondo ma, come molto abbiamo apprezzato , ti portano a casa puntualmente il materasso e solo dopo averci dormito per diverse notti ti chiedono se può andarti bene . Nel caso non dovesse andar bene nessun problema, cercano la soluzione migliore al fine di accontentar il cliente. Negozio e mentalità degli addetti più che ottimi. Finally a shop where they do not let you try the mattress for a few seconds but, as we very much appreciated, they bring you the mattress on time and only after sleeping in it for several nights they ask you if it can suit you. Sono prodotti di ottima qualità ad un giusto prezzo. Personale cortese, disponibile e preparato nell'illustrare le caratteristiche dei prodotti. I have been sleeping on a New Relax memory mattress for several years and I feel very comfortable. This is why I recently bought one for my 5 year old son. Mi ha fatto domande specifiche per capire il problema e le necessità di Gaia e senza averla mai vista è riuscita a trovare la soluzione ideale per lei. Non ha più mal di schiena al risveglio e si è subito abituata al nuovo cuscino nonostante quello di prima fosse completamente diverso. Consiglio di contattare Barbara anche a distanza, sono molto soddisfatta!! I met Barbara on social media and despite being in Abruzzo, I relied on her to replace the mattress and pillow of my daughter who was suffering from back and neck pain. She asked me specific questions to understand Gaia's problem and needs and without ever having seen her she managed to find the ideal solution for her. She no longer has back pain when she wakes up and immediately got used to the new pillow despite the fact that the previous one was completely different. I recommend contacting Barbara even from a distance, I am very satisfied!

Grazie alla competenza e professionalità di Barbara abbiamo capito che delle doghe danneggiate potessero essere causa dei nostri dolori (cosa che abbiamo effettivamente riscontrato una volta a casa). Dopo alcuni giorni siamo tornati da Barbara, abbiamo così acquistato materasso, doghe regolabili e per non farci mancare nulla anche il letto in esposizione….. Sono trascorsi ormai due mesi, siamo completamente soddisfatti degli acquisti e felici di non avere più dolori al risveglio. Silvio una persona squisitamente cortese e simpatica che oltre a metterci a nostro agio ci ha consigliato i suoi prodotti spiegandone le caratteristiche ed ascoltando le nostre esigenze. Consiglierò sicuramente questa azienda!!!! This morning I went to New Relax with my husband, we saw some really interesting products and then we decided to buy 2 mattresses for a square and a half with relative slats, and while waiting for the delivery I wanted to congratulate the owner, Mr. Silvio a person exquisitely courteous and nice who, in addition to putting us at ease, recommended her products, explaining their characteristics and listening to our needs.
