I went in out of simple curiosity .... and I never gave up! I was followed step by step towards my goal with remarkable results on the legs and buttocks which were my criticality. I highly recommend!

Posso capire le difficoltà degli ultimi due anni, ma non si può dire "ci sentiamo in un paio di giorni" e far passare delle settimane o dei mesi, non si può costringere il cliente a chiamare e richiamare perché dopo settimane non si è ancora risposto. Almeno dare risposte solerti. Dare informazioni puntuali. Finite le due lezioni rimaste e già pagate ( ottenute dopo innumerevoli telefonate) non mi sentiranno più e non me la sentirò neanche di consigliare il posto ai miei clienti. Mi sono sentita davvero a disagio. I have nothing to say about the professionalism of the teachers. Unfortunately it is the communication with the customer that is missing. I can understand the difficulties of the last two years, but you can't say "we'll see you in a couple of days" and let weeks or months go by, you can't force the customer to call and call back because after weeks they still haven't answered . At least give prompt answers. Give timely information. After the two lessons left and already paid (obtained after countless phone calls) they won't hear me anymore and I won't even feel like recommending the place to my clients. I felt really uncomfortable.
