Quando ho provato a parlare civilmente con questa persona sono stato sommerso da scuse inventate per giustificare il lavoro oltre ad essere stato quasi aggredito da questa persona che è diventata molto cattiva e irrascibile. Mi sono state chiuse le porte in faccia e non ho più potuto dire nulla. Altamente sconsigliato, persona falsa ed opportunista. Worst experience of my life, I was charged a double price for the quote made and I find myself with a bike that no longer has a functioning front gearbox! When I tried to talk civilly with this person, I was overwhelmed with excuses invented to justify the work as well as being almost attacked by this person who became very bad and irascible. I bambini non possono toccare niente anche se i prodotti vengono esposti all'aperto ed alla loro altezza... Direi che è un negozio solo per ciclisti adulti. Store stocked but staff not very sensitive to children and not very nice towards children therefore not recommended for those who want to take the child to the store because it is not suitable. Children cannot touch anything even if the products are displayed outdoors and at their height ... I would say that it is a shop only for adult cyclists.

Ho parcheggiato la bici e ho aspettato fuori e uscita una signora, e mi a chiesto cosa volevo io ho risposto dicendo che aveva un problema la bici! Poi e uscito il proprietario e mi a urlato contro dicendomi che dovevo mettere la mascherina anche se io ero fuori e lui mi a minacciato di andarmene! Dopo questo ho preso e me ne sono andato!! Sconsigliatiassimo e maleducazione ad altissimi livelli!!! I arrived on the spot with the hub broken !!!
