Le ore aggiuntive che avevamo chiesto già dalla fase di prenotazione ci sono state addebitate, e non sono state comprese nel prezzo come pattuito inizialmente. Personale in generale poco educato.
The hired car was ok. The service of the staff, on the other hand, was ambiguous, the initially agreed price was not respected. The additional hours we had requested already from the booking stage were charged to us, and were not included in the price as initially agreed. Staff in general not polite.
