★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza!!! prelevano un prodotto refrigerato al martedì a Bologna e dovrebbero consegnarlo entro 48 ore (dicono loro). Il prodotto è arrivato dopro 216 ore!!!! dovevano consegnare entro il giovedì e sono arrivati il giovedì della settimana seguente!!! rispondono al telefono con "ci chiami domani"!!!! Non consegnano il sabato e la domenica e per i refrigerati vuol dire stare 2 giorni in più!!
bad experience !!! they pick up a refrigerated product on Tuesdays in Bologna and should deliver it within 48 hours (they say). The product arrived after 216 hours !!!! they had to deliver by Thursday and they arrived on Thursday of the following week !!! they answer the phone with "call us tomorrow" !!!! They do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays and for refrigerated products it means staying 2 more days !!
