★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution should be taken with this company. we bought a dining service from their shop which was great. However when we wanted replacement crockery we wanted it shipped to our new house in Italy but they kept increasing the cost of delivery. In addition the replacement crockery was not ready when they stated and 3 weeks after the original delivery date it has still not arrived. Their Customer service is zero and they appear to take no ownership for anything even needing us to chase up the delivery company!!!
