Best Boxing gym in Italia

a	achille borbone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra pulita e davvero molto attrezzata, istruttori attenti e competenti seguono gli atleti in modo scrupoloso. Io mi sono allenato diversi anni in due palestre storiche di boxe a Milano e per quanto mi riguarda posso dire che la nbo è agli stessi livelli. Bravi ragazzi continuate sempre con questa passione ed entusiasmo ?? Clean and very well equipped gym, attentive and competent instructors follow the athletes scrupulously. I trained several years in two historical boxing gyms in Milan and as far as I'm concerned I can say that the NBO is on the same levels. Good guys always keep up with this passion and enthusiasm ??

Dopo diverse experienze all’estero (Francia, Olanda e Estonia) posso solo dire che questa palestra sia davvero la migliore in cui mi sia mai allenato. Struttura nuova, pulita, fighissima e super attrezzata. Sessioni di allenamento complete e sempre differenti. Orari di apertura imparagonabili: aperta tutti i giorni, corsi in diverse fasce orarie! Istruttori competenti, disponibili e appassionati. Abra e Rocco sono due allenatori preparati e di grande esperienza, ma sono anche e soprattutto due persone rispettose e capaci di motivare. Se ancora non amate questo sport, alla NBO potrete solo innamorarvene. New best boxing order gym ever. After several experiences abroad (France, Holland and Estonia) I can only say that this gym is really the best I have ever trained in. New structure, clean, super cool and super equipped. Complete and always different training sessions. Unparalleled opening hours: open every day, courses in different time slots! Competent, helpful and passionate instructors. Abra and Rocco are two well-trained and experienced coaches, but they are also and above all two respectful and motivating people. If you still don't like this sport, at NBO you can only fall in love with it.

M	Marco Ingrassia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento palestre di pugilato e non solo da 20 anni e devo dire che una palestra così ben fornita di tutti gli attrezzi possibili e utili per fare degli ottimi allenamenti non ho mai avuto la fortuna di incontrarne prima. A questo aggiungo che i coach presenti per la parte di pugilato e la parte di allenamento funzionale sono fortemente preparati e pronti curandoti il dettaglio e questo fa aggiungere un’altra nota di merito a questa palestra. Infine non da meno è la pulizia del posto ,che pur quanto l’importante è l’allenamento, ma è altrettanto vero che vedere un posto pulito,attrezzi ordinati e docce pulite fa sempre bene e non fa altro che aggiungere un’ulteriore stella alla valutazione! Consiglio vivamente e complimenti! I have been going to boxing gyms and not only for 20 years and I must say that a gym so well stocked with all the possible and useful tools to do excellent workouts I have never had the good fortune to meet before. To this I add that the coaches present for the boxing part and the functional training part are highly prepared and ready taking care of the details and this adds another note of merit to this gym. Last but not least is the cleanliness of the place, which although the important thing is the training, but it is equally true that seeing a clean place, tidy tools and clean showers is always good and does nothing but add another star to the assessment! Highly recommend and congratulations!
