Excellent staff, very professional, friendly and available in all your needs. Excellent Personal Trainer always available to help. The gym is new with lots of equipment and in hygienic conditions. I recommend it to everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura nuova ma abbonamenti troppo lunghi. (per fare un annuale addirittura ci vorrebbe un'autorizzazione perché è troppo breve secondo loro!).
Poca o nulla trasparenza circa le informazioni su prezzi / abbonamenti / corsi (niente per telefono o via mail ma solo con il venditore / trainer di persona).
Consiglio di migliorare la trasparenza con i potenziali clienti e quindi di scrivere tutto sul sito, come fanno molte altre palestre.
Peccato ma viste le premesse cercherò altro...
New structure but too long subscriptions. (to make an annual one would even need an authorization because it is too short in their opinion!).
Little or no transparency regarding information on prices / subscriptions / courses (nothing by phone or email but only with the seller / trainer in person).
I recommend improving transparency with potential customers and then writing everything on the site, as many other gyms do.
Too bad but given the conditions I will look for more ...
