★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi durante la raccolta della plastica in via Castions di Strada a Udine il furgone della Net ha perso tanta plastica e questa non è la prima volta. Personale distratto e mezzo non adeguato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiesto il passaggio davanti a casa per il porta a porta, persone anziane con difficoltà a camminare. Risposta, non si può perché la raccolta viene fatta sulla strada principale....ma il servizio non si chiama porta a porta? O forse sarebbe meglio chiamarlo porta sulla strada principale altrimenti l'immondizia resta lì.....
We asked for the passage in front of the house for the door to door, elderly people with walking difficulties. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cioè 15 minuti di attesa al telefono per chiedere assistenza sul servizio è il mio turno e cade la linea ci provo ogni giorno ... poi peer effettuare un pagamento??? ok vorrà dire che non pago poi mi cercheranno loro ... assurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per 3 giorni ho provato a chiamare con più di mezz'ora d'attesa.. (al primo giro dopo mezz'ora mi buttano giù! ) Al 4 giorno mi rispondono con poca professionalità,cortesia e disponibilità! In più, mi reco fisicamente alla Net per il ritiro bidoni e non trovando posto per parcheggiare ed essendo sola ho lasciato la mia auto vicino all'entrata ufficio ritiro bidoni! Mentre me li consegnavano si presenta un loro dipendente molto cafone maleducato e arrogante che mi insulta perché per 30 secondi ho lasciato la mia auto nell'unico posto disponibile!!!! Mah..
For 3 days I tried to call with more than half an hour of waiting .. (on the first lap after half an hour they knock me down!) On the 4th day they answer me with little professionalism, courtesy and availability! In addition, I physically go to the Net to collect bins and not finding a place to park and being alone I left my car near the entrance to the bin collection office! While they were giving them to me, a very rude and arrogant employee shows up and insults me because for 30 seconds I left my car in the only available place !!!! Mah ..
