★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità del servizio (pagato abbondantemente) ma pagare 10 euro per 10 sacchetti per il rifiuto secco da 35 litri mi pare francamente una follia. A questa azienda non par vero di lasciarti il secco davanti a casa se lo metti in un sacco giallo con i legacci comprato comunque a tue spese al supermercato giacché ahimè, se rimani senza sacchetti sei costretto a comprare i loro a prezzo d'oro
Nothing to complain about the quality of the service (paid abundantly) but paying 10 euros for 10 bags for 35-liter dry waste seems frankly madness. This company does not seem true to leave you dry in front of the house if you put it in a yellow sack with ties bought anyway at your expense at the supermarket since alas, if you run out of bags you are forced to buy theirs at a gold price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica azienda che conosco che non ritira l'umido e l'indiffereziata nella piazzola ecologica. Servizio pessimo durante la raccolta per strada,fanno un casino assurdo con musica e vetro e ovviamente i bidoni non li trovo in piedi ma buttati come se fosse spazzatura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovreste fare la raccolta di plastica e carta tutte le settimane e no una settimana plastica e una settimana carta. Pessimo calendario!!! I netturbini si arrabbiano se trovano tanto cartone, fanno casino alle 6 del mattino con musica a palla e con il frastuono del vetro. Certe volte lasciano i bidoni quasi sul ciglio della strada.
You should collect plastic and paper every week and not a plastic week and a paper week. Bad schedule !!! The garbage collectors get angry if they find a lot of cardboard, they make a mess at 6 in the morning with ball music and the din of the glass. Sometimes they leave the bins almost on the side of the road.

Sto aspettando da una settimana un sopralluogo per la rimozione di una modesta quantità di macerie che non posso conferire autonomamente ne in discarica ne presso il centro di raccolta, per via nelle normative vigenti. Sono in contatto diretto con il responsabile del sopralluogo, e la promessa è che verrà fatto domani...domani...domani. Sollecito ormai giornalmente. Ma senza risultato. E faccio notare che non chiedo che la rimozione si gratuita. Ho già il mio preventivo che non e' per nulla modico! Dov'e' il servizio clienti ??? Ecco il problema di fornire un servizio in condizioni di quasi monopolio...

I am in direct contact with the person in charge of the inspection, and the promise is that it will be done tomorrow ... tomorrow ... tomorrow. I remind you on a daily basis. But to no avail. And I point out that I am not asking for the removal to be free. I already have my quote which is not at all modest! Where's the customer service ??? Here is the problem of providing a service under quasi-monopoly conditions ...
