★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comment dire? Nestalp, c'est le paradis sur terre. C'est presque une adresse qu'on n'a pas envie de partager, qu'on a envie de garder pour soi.
L'endroit est fabuleux, permettant de faire des super balades. La vue est à couper le souffle, la nourriture est délicieuse. Tout ou presque est fait maison, la déco est soignée, recherchée mais cosy. Le personnel est hyper professionnel mais surtout charmant.
En partir, après une semaine de bonheur, nous a réellement attristés et nous sommes très reconnaissants à toute l'équipe de nous avoir accueillis de la sorte.
Merci à Luca pour gérer tout cela de main de maître, à Beppe & Gianmarco pour le service impeccable avec le sourire et en plusieurs langues (enfin, surtout Gianmarco), Mathilde qui court tout le temps mais avec le sourire et fait des pannacotta à tomber par terre, Federico pour sa gentillesse aussi en plusieurs langues, Maria pour son service discret mais efficace, Giorgio pour ses délicieux fromages, William pour ses biscuits et ses pâtisseries et George pour son aide précieuse dans la réalisation de l'ensemble et à Poldo, le chat et Tommy, le chien.
Nous ne savons pas quand nous y retournerons mais on reviendra un jour, c'est sûr.
How to say? Nestalp is heaven on earth. It's almost an address that you don't want to share, that you want to keep to yourself.
The place is fabulous, allowing for great walks. The view is breathtaking, the food is delicious. Almost everything is homemade, the decor is neat, sophisticated but cozy. The staff are super professional but above all charming.
Leaving, after a week of happiness, really saddened us and we are very grateful to the whole team for welcoming us in this way.
Thanks to Luca for managing all this masterfully, to Beppe & Gianmarco for the impeccable service with a smile and in several languages (well, especially Gianmarco), Mathilde who runs all the time but with a smile and makes pannacotta to die for on the floor, Federico for his kindness also in several languages, Maria for his discreet but efficient service, Giorgio for his delicious cheeses, William for his cookies and pastries and George for his invaluable help in the realization of the set and in Poldo, the cat and Tommy the dog.
We don't know when we'll be going back but we will be back someday for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato bene. Malga carina. Non si può arrivare in malga in auto a meno che non si alloggi lì, bisogna fermarsi ad un parcheggio più in basso e farsi 30 minuti a piedi.
We ate well. Cute hut. You cannot get to the hut by car unless you stay there, you have to stop at a parking lot below and walk for 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperitivo in terrazza esterna e cena all'interno. Panorama molto bello sulla Presanella. Sono rari i posti come questo raggiungibili comodamente in auto. Personale cortese. Prezzi in linea con le attese. Cibo molto buono , sia i salumi e formaggi dell'aperitivo, sia la carne e i dolci della cena.
Unica (grande) pecca: le porzioni. Troppo esigue: aperitivo servito in bicchierini, tagliata.di cervo ( tre fette in più sarebbero state apprezzate). Il fetta di torta.wra davvero piccolina.
Peccato andare via sazi di due cestini di pane!!
Aperitif on the outdoor terrace and dinner inside. Very nice view on the Presanella. There are few places like this that can be easily reached by car. Courteous staff. Prices in line with expectations. Very good food, both the cold cuts and cheeses of the aperitif, and the meat and desserts of the dinner.
The only (big) flaw: the portions. Too small: aperitif served in small glasses, cut of venison (three more slices would have been appreciated). The slice of cake.wra really small.
Too bad to go away full of two baskets of bread !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malga a 1900 m, facilmente raggiungibile con una sterrata o con una gavetta. Piacevole la camminata nel bosco per raggiungerla.
Prodotti tipici prodotti da loro tra cui salumi e formaggi, ottima la polenta con il formaggio alla piastra e strepitose le tagliatelle al ragout di cervo. Dolci fatti in casa come anche le composte.
Ambiente ristrutturato con cura e attenzione, caldo e confortevole, terrazza sui monti con vista sul Brenta.
Impagabile la colonna sonora dei campanacci delle mucche d'alpeggio.
Malga at 1900 m, easily reachable with a dirt road or with a mess tin. A pleasant walk in the woods to reach it.
Typical products produced by them including cured meats and cheeses, excellent polenta with grilled cheese and amazing tagliatelle with venison ragout. Homemade desserts as well as compotes.
Environment renovated with care and attention, warm and comfortable, terrace on the mountains overlooking the Brenta.
The soundtrack of the cowbells of the mountain cows is priceless.
