Tra le prelibatezze, consiglio provare la panna con i frutti di bosco per un peccato di gola di tutto rispetto. The hut is located in the beautiful valley of the same name. The food is excellent and the welcome is impeccable. Among the delicacies, I recommend trying the cream with berries for a respectable gluttony.

Siamo arrivati troppo presto e non era ancora pronto il latte, allora abbiamo preso yogurt con mirtilli! Dopo la camminata però abbiamo fatto tardi e il formaggio era finito :D non siamo neanche riusciti a prendere il latte perché serviva il vuoto a réndere che non avevamo. Bello poter vedere gli animali da vicino (mucche e maiali). It happened both to buy milk and cheese and to start a walk in the woods. We arrived too early and the milk wasn't ready yet, so we had yogurt with blueberries! After the walk, however, we were late and the cheese was finished: D we didn't even manage to take milk because we needed the void to réndere that we didn't have. Nice to be able to see the animals up close (cows and pigs).

Ambiente accogliente grande attenzione e gentilezza. Prezzo giusto per qualità e porzioni generose. Grappa alla salvia a fine pasto ottima. Magical place a stone's throw from the Sas Pisador Waterfalls in Val di Sole. Essential menu, few dishes but of quality and substance. A real malga with a flavor of Km 0. A welcoming atmosphere, great attention and kindness. Fair price for quality and generous portions. Sage Grappa at the end of a great meal.

Da provare i prodotti caseari a km0...anzi a metri zero!! Refreshment point for those visiting the Sas Pisador waterfalls. It promises nothing, it does not sell itself in the eyes of the traveler, but whoever stops - for wisdom or necessity - discovers a rich cuisine, with strong flavors, dedication and courtesy. To try the dairy products at km0 ... or rather at zero meters !!

Invece del grappino offerto dalla casa ho chiesto e ottenuto un bicchiere di latte fresco...ottimo!! Nice place after a walk affordable even with children. Really good dumplings! Instead of the grappino offered by the house I asked for and got a glass of fresh milk ... excellent !!

Malga raggiungibile sia dopo una bella passeggiata sia anche in macchina. Consigliata ? Excellent cuisine, few dishes but good and fresh. You can buy their products such as cheeses, speak, butter. Friendly staff. Malga reachable both after a nice walk and also by car. Recommended ?

Producono latticini di molti tipi direttamente in loco con il latte delle mucche che pascolano libere nella valle. Personalmente le abbiamo viste tornare nel tardo pomeriggio verso la malga da sole per essere munte (stupendo). Yogurt con frutti di bosco favoloso. Panna cotta altrettanto. Strudel (di loro produzione) SU PER LA TI VO!!!. Dalla panna montata (sempre fatta da loro con loro latte, mi aspettavo una consistenza più densa. Risulta invece molto schiumosa (e leggera). Prezzi fin bassi per le porzioni super generose!!! Very pleasant hut. Inserted in the beautiful valley with the same name. They produce dairy products of many types directly on site with the milk of the cows that graze free in the valley. We personally saw them return in the late afternoon to the hut alone to be milked (wonderful). Fabulous berry yogurt. Panna cotta likewise. Strudel (of their own production) SU PER LA TI VO !!!. From the whipped cream (always made by them with their milk, I expected a thicker consistency. Instead it turns out very frothy (and light). Very low prices for the super generous portions !!!
