★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In quanto a gentilezza nulla da dire. Se ti piacciono le cose stravaganti non è un salone adatto. Non propongono idee ma è il cliente che deve dirgli che cosa fare. Vanno benissimo per le persone a cui non piace osare e con un buon portafoglio. Dovete imparare ad ascoltare il cliente perché dalle mie parti si dice “ quando il cliente paga ha sempre ragione “. E mi sembra di aver pagato anche troppo caro il lavoro che avete fatto. Di sicuro avete perso 3 clienti.
As for kindness nothing to say. If you like extravagant things, it's not a suitable salon. They do not propose ideas but it is the client who must tell him what to do. They are great for people who don't like to dare and with a good portfolio. You have to learn to listen to the customer because in my part they say "when the customer pays is always right". And it seems to me that I paid too much for the work you did. Surely you have lost 3 customers.
