★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a turbo trainer (Elite Suito) from nencini recently. It didn't measure the power levels correctly (under by 20% and apparently a known issue with the elite suito), I asked for my money back and they refused, saying that because I had tried the product I didn't qualify. I then asked them to substitute or fix the product. They took the trainer away and I heard nothing. 10 days later a trainer arrived at my house. I emailed them before opening the pack to ask what had arrived, they told me they had sent me a new trainer. I opened the pack, connected it to the power and opened my elite app. The 'new' trainer had exactly the same serial number as the previous one. They effectively took a product back promising to fix it and then sent the same product immediately back. I will never, ever buy anything from nencini again and have found their customer service to be unbelievably bad. Please, please avoid them at all costs. If anyone would like proof I can provide email screenshots and photo proof. This is not a competitor writing this but a seriously disatisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As in most of the stores in the area you've to check the products before purchase: broken items returned from previous customers are re-packaged and sold again. In general the store has a poor selection on many sports, not worth the trip.
