Amo le ore meridiane tra le stradine lastricate del silenzio di estati assolate ed asciutte, e le serate fresche per la brezza che risale dal mare. Ho il piacere di attribuirmi un rapporto di stima reciproca e di sincera ammirazione per il lavoro di alcuni che in questo posto continuano a coltivare olivi monumentali e a dedicarsi alla terra, asciutta, cretacea che incornicia il verde di qualche pinastro, corniolo, lentisco; macchia mediterranea ancora difesa da un pericoloso e progressivo incremento di case per nuovi ricchi in vacanza! Il Signor Daniele Negro Valiani "fa l'olio" come una volta. E insieme a lui accanto alla stazione di Presicce al confine con Acquarica del Capo, alcuni amici fanno i formaggi e i nodini come non se ne assaggiano altrove! Eh, sì, sono proprio innamorato di Presicce! E ogni tanto nei sogni mi prende la strada da Specchia e quei tre o quattro duri tornanti che rifarei in bici ogni giorno dell'anno se non mi ostacolasse la lunga distanza. Can we say that I am in love with Presicce? Of the mute presence of a sober baroque and often even well hidden from too many tourists by chance. I love the midday hours between the streets paved with the silence of sunny and dry summers, and the cool evenings for the breeze that rises from the sea. I have the pleasure of attributing to me a relationship of mutual respect and sincere admiration for the work of some who in this place continue to cultivate monumental olive trees and devote themselves to the dry, cretaceous land that frames the green of some pinastro, corniolo, lentisco; Mediterranean scrub still defended by a dangerous and progressive increase of homes for new rich people on vacation! Mr. Daniele Negro Valiani "makes the oil" as it used to be. And with him next to the Presicce station on the border with Acquarica del Capo, some friends make cheeses and knots like they don't taste elsewhere! Eh, yes, I'm really in love with Presicce! And every now and then in dreams, the road takes me from Specchia to those three or four hairpin bends that I would do on my bike every day of the year if it did not hinder my long distance.

Ottimo olio(il resto dobbiamo ancora provarlo)..prezzi onesti e il figlio del titolare super gentile e competente. Ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno Holidays almost over .. on the advice of a 'local friend we arrive in this shop for the usual gifts ... what can I say .. congratulations!
