Dopo aver spiegato all'operatrice che non volevo dare nessun consenso al trattamento dei dati a fini commerciali, scopro sul contratto arrivato via e-mail che mi è stato fatto l'esatto opposto. Aggiungiamo la stizza on cui ho visto trattare le due clienti prima di me (due signore anziane che non avendo dimestichezza facevano fatica a capire alcune questioni tecniche). Domani tornerò a chiedere il recesso dal contratto. This morning: I was not told that the pin they sent me was a digital signature. After explaining to the operator that I did not want to give any consent to the processing of data for commercial purposes, I discover on the contract I received via e-mail that the exact opposite was done to me. We add the annoyance with which I saw the two customers before me (two elderly ladies who were not familiar with it and struggled to understand some technical issues). Tomorrow I will return to ask for the withdrawal from the contract.
A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffatori è incompetenti … mi hanno fatto fare un contratto dicendo che con reload potevo dopo un anno sostituire il telefono con modello successivo … invece non è così .. … mai più in questo negozio …. non ha caso hanno un sacco di recensioni negative Scammers are incompetent ... they made me make a contract saying that with reload I could replace the phone with a later model after a year ... but that's not the case .. ... never again in this shop .... no coincidence they have a lot of bad reviews

If I think of entering into that shop for enquiries or anything of the sort, it can never be my first choice! The idea just turns me down! I don't know how the staff feels. Most of us never feel comfortable. Customer service is really poor! If there aren't other Wind shops it will never be my first or the last choice even though I live close to it. They're too proud- calling spade a spade!
