Vi ho portato un iPhone X per sostituire il vetro e il Face ID con il vetro rotto funzionava, mi avete riconsegnato il telefono con scritto sullo schermo “Face ID non disponibile per questo dispositivo “. Per tanto lo sapevate prima di riconsegnarmelo. Ho dovuto grazie al vostro intervento farmi sostituire dal Apple il telefono per 577 euro. Dato che vi ostinate a voler avere ragione vi chiederò il rimborso per differenza di 265 euro per il danno al Face ID e li famosi 15 di spese Per un totale di 280 euro. Come già preventivamente comunicato se non avrò il rimborso verrete contattati dal mio legale. Sorry, but because you refuse to admit a mistake, and that I will not tolerate. i	ivan bolzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Portato un iphone in riparazione per un problema al display e in aggiunta avevo anche chiesto di cambiarmi la batteria. Tempo di attesa per la riparazione, 2 mesi; è vergognoso. Risultato: cellulare riparato alla carlona, display sostituito ( e ora con leggero ritardo alla pressione) e batteria NON sostituita. Il tutto, secondo me, riparato il giorno stesso prima di riconsegnarmi il cellulare dopo 2 MESI. Se i tempi di attesa e le riparazioni sono queste almeno chiedi qualche euro in meno P.s. Ci sono posti dove le riparazioni le fanno in UN GIORNO Non mi conoscete perché ho mandato un amico a far sistemare il telefono. Vorrei che commentaste questo disguido ( non sembra l'unico dalle numerose recensioni ) invece che dire che non mi conoscete. Bad service. L	Luca Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio davvero pessimo Ho portato un computer con SOLAMENTE la cerniera rotta, SPECIFICANDO che il computer non si poteva chiudere perché altrimenti si sarebbe rotto lo schermo. Mi hanno detto un'ora e proviamo ad aggiustarlo. Sono andato a riprenderlo (non aggiustato perchè non avevano i pezzi, ma comunque dicendo che avrebbero ordinato il tutto in settimana) e quando sono tornato a casa avevo mezzo schermo rotto e la cerniera ancora più rotta di prima. Ho chiamato e mi hanno detto di tornare il giorno dopo. Sono tornato e si sono discolpati del danno causato da loro dicendo che avrei dovuto segnalarlo quando sono tornato a riprendere il computer, come se dovessi accertarmi che avessero svolto il LORO lavoro bene. Risultato: computer da 1000€ quasi da buttare. Ps se dovessi ricevere una risposta diranno che non è colpa loro come in tutti gli altri commenti negativi oppure ironizzeranno sul fatto che "siamo noi clienti gli esperti", mai un minimo di autocritica, zero professionalità. Really bad service I brought a computer with ONLY the hinge broken, SPECIFYING that the computer could not close because otherwise the screen would break. I called and they told me to come back the next day. I went back and they cleared themselves of the damage they caused by saying that I should report it when I came back to pick up the computer, as if I had to make sure they had done THEIR job well. Result: 1000 € computer almost to be thrown away. Ps if I receive an answer they will say that it is not their fault as in all the other negative comments or they will make fun of the fact that "we are the customers the experts", never a minimum of self-criticism, zero professionalism.

Incredibile e senza mai dire una sola volta scusa in tutto ciò ... Scusate ma pessimo servizio e poca professionalità..!!!
