★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e maleducati, non solo si rifiutano di ritirare un modem nonostante autorizzati da un sms della Wind ma smarriscono la bolla di accompagnamento dello stesso lasciandola incustodita sul banco dal lato opposto al mio x cui probabilmente la stessa sarà stata erroneamente ritirata da qualche altro cliente. Fatta presente la loro responsabilità gli stessi in maniera molto scortese affermavano di non far loro perdere tempo in quanto doveva essere mia cura custodire la ricevuta che non mi era mai stata restituita
Incompetent and rude, not only do they refuse to withdraw a modem despite being authorized by a text message from Wind but they lose the delivery note of the same, leaving it unattended on the counter on the opposite side to mine x which probably has been mistakenly withdrawn by some other customer. Given their responsibility, the same very rude affirmed not to waste their time as it had to be my care to keep the receipt that was never returned to me

Non solo non mi hanno voluto risolvere il problema che ho avuto ma in aggiunta sono stata quasi cacciata dal negozio con le parole altro che decenti, senza un minimo di riguardo .. Da donna e da mamma , mai ho avuto un trattamento simile .. dispiaciuta e un bel po' disgustata proverò a risolvere altrove ..
Rudeness and rudeness never encountered in my life.
