★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attese lunghe e personale poco paziente e poco preparato. Se ci si reca per dei problemi i commessi utilizzano il vostro cellulare per chiamare il servizio clienti e farvi parlare con un operatore. Cosa che si può fare tranquillamente da casa.
Long waits and unpatient and unprepared staff. If you go there because of a problem, the clerks use your cell phone to call customer service and have you speak to an operator. Which can be done safely from home.

La ragazza con quale ho parlato, Luisa, molto competente, gentile e disponibile a fare chiarezza su una bolletta poco chiara, le eventuali promozioni possibili e su mia richiesta a darmi tutte le informazioni in caso di recesso anticipato.
