★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il punto Wind di Piazza Guido Monaco ad Arezzo per comprare il mio nuovo Samsung A6 e devo dire il proprietario del negozio è stato molto gentile con me, trasferendo i numeri presenti sul mio vecchio cellulare da una memoria interna all ' altra. Sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto.
I went to the Wind point in Piazza Guido Monaco in Arezzo to buy my new Samsung A6 and I must say the shop owner was very kind to me, transferring the numbers on my old mobile from one internal memory to another. I was really very satisfied with the treatment received.

Vado in questo negozio per chiedere informazioni ed attivare una linea fissa adsl (Ci tengo a precisare che la linea che sto per descrivere e per il comune di Castiglion Fibocchi). Personale molto gentile educato e informato come i venditori porta a porta !! A ogni domanda che fai hanno una risposta "minima"!!! Firmo un contratto e ora mi ritrovo con una linea adsl di rame che va al massimo 600 - 700 KB /S. Ritorno subito al negozio pensando ... e lo penso ancora di avere il diritto di ripensamento entro i 14 giorni , per chiudere il contratto senza nessuno costo . Mi rispondono che non si può fare .Dopo varie telefonate al 155 stesso risultato. La linea adsl rimane sempre scadente . Il tecnico del 155 che tra l'altro mi e sembrato una persona sincera dopo che ci siamo confrontati dice queste frasi che io vi semplifico ...Dice : Nel tuo comune noi abbiamo solo 8 mele che le dividiamo per 8 persone ... purtroppo voi ora site diventati 100 persone e noi abbiamo sempre 8 mele da dividere ...... Sono disponibile per qualsiasi confronto... quando mi aggiustate la linea ..cambierò la mia recensione !!!
Easy to reach shop. I go to this shop to ask for information and activate an ADSL fixed line (I want to specify that the line I am about to describe is for the municipality of Castiglion Fibocchi). Staff very nice polite and knowledgeable like door to door vendors !! Every question you ask has a "minimal" answer !!! I sign a contract and now I find myself with an ADSL copper line that goes at most 600 - 700 KB / S. I immediately go back to the shop thinking ... and I still think I have the right to reconsider within 14 days, to close the contract at no cost. They replied that it cannot be done. After several phone calls, the same result was reached. The ADSL line is always poor. The 155 technician who among other things seemed to me to be a sincere person after we confronted each other says these phrases that I will simplify you ... He says: In your municipality we only have 8 apples that we divide by 8 people ... unfortunately you have now become 100 people and we always have 8 apples to share ...... I am available for any comparison ... when you fix my line .. I will change my review !!!
