★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco che era sabato e che erano le 19, quasi ora di chiusura, capisco che in negozio non c'era nessun altro ma..... non capisco perché le due commesse si siano dimostrate così antipatiche e prive di voglia di aiutare il sottoscritto presentatosi alla porta.Ho atteso quasi 5 minuti prima che qualcuno alzasse gli occhi. Lo ammetto, no mi serviva un telefono da 1000€ ma chiedevo solo di ritagliare la mia microsim perché avevo bisogno di una nanosim. Con del ingiustificato terrorismo mi è stata proposta una nuova nanosim da 15 euro ma ho chiesto di ritagliare la mia. Quasi controvoglia mi è stato fatto il lavoretto senza peró avvisarmi che anche questo avrebbe avuto un costo. .L'operatrice ha impiegato circa 1 minuto per fare il tutto e mi aspettavo fosse un servizio gratuito per i clienti wind. Non mi sembra poi che abbia fatto tanto una faticaccia, quasi una cosa di routine con il giusto attrezzo. Per pura cortesia ho comunque chiesto se dovevo qualcosa per il disturbo e mi son stati chiesti 5 euro. Forse troppi per il servizio dato. Regolare lo scontrino ma sicuramente l'immagine di questo punto wind mi rimarrà abbastanza negativa. Per inciso.... forse avrei cmq lasciato 5 € di mancia ma a fronte di un sorriso ed un attimo di gentilezza.
I understand that it was Saturday and that it was 19, almost closing time, I understand that there was no one else in the shop but ..... I don't understand why the two orders proved so unpleasant and lacking in the desire to help myself showed up at the door. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to look up. I admit, no I needed a 1000 € phone but I was just asking to cut out my microsim because I needed a nanosim. With unjustified terrorism I was offered a new 15 euro nanosim but I asked to cut my own. Almost reluctantly I was done the job without however warning me that this too would have had a cost. The operator took about 1 minute to do everything and I expected it to be a free service for wind customers. It doesn't seem to me that he did so much of a grind, almost a routine thing with the right tool. Out of courtesy I still asked if I owed something for the trouble and I was asked for 5 euros. Perhaps too many for the service given. Adjust the receipt but surely the image of this wind point will remain quite negative for me. Incidentally .... maybe I would have left a € 5 tip but in the face of a smile and a moment of kindness.

dopo alcuni messi che ho aquistato , un cellulare, porto in negozio wind 3 per assistenza , dopo 2 messi di attesa, riprendo il cellulare. vado a casa, ed il cellulare stessi problemi, di prima.lo riporto e mi dicono che lo devo portare io in assistenzza , x loro non lo fanno. .....il tutto ancora in granzia.???? bella assistenzza complimentti........

after a few months that I bought a cell phone, I take the wind 3 to the shop for assistance, after 2 hours of waiting, I take my cell phone back. I go home, and the cell phone same problems as before. I bring it back and they tell me that I have to bring it for assistance, x they don't. ..... all still in warranty. ???? nice assistance congratulations ........
