★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato qualche giorno fa per avere informazioni riguardo un problema relativo alla linea fissa che sto avendo da più di 10 giorni e che fatico a risolvere, ho ricevuto 1 informazioni sbagliate e incomplete,(confermate da un altro centro Tim dove sono stati più cortesi e disponibili) e tra l'altro queste info sono state date senza nemmeno controllare sul sistema lo stato della linea e punto 2 risposte date con superficialità e in modo sgarbato, di certo non ci tornerò più ovviamente dopo questo trattamento.
I went a few days ago to get information about a fixed line problem that I have been having for more than 10 days and that I am struggling to solve, I received 1 wrong and incomplete information, (confirmed by another Tim center where they have been more courteous and available) and among other things, these info were given without even checking the status of the line on the system and point 2 answers given superficially and in a rude way, of course I will not go back there again after this treatment.
