Sono riusciti a trovare in pochi minuti l'offerta più consona alle mie necessità... Do' 5 stelle perché i ragazzi sono stati sempre gentili e cordiali con me anche nelle successive volte che sono ritornata da loro per altre tipologie di informazioni. Consigliatissimo!!!
I activated a Sim at the Tim I Portali store and found a very trained and kind staff towards us customers. They managed to find in a few minutes the offer that best suits my needs ... I give 5 stars because the boys have always been kind and friendly to me even in the following times that I have returned to them for other types of information. Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla Tim de i portali personale con poca voglia di servire il cliente, accoglienza a dir poco piacevole in quanto usano il cellulare mentre ti dovrebbero servire. In più ho dovuto fare una ricarica maggiore perché non avevano possibilità di dare il resto e ho dovuto disattivare una promozione tramite il portale My tim da sola. Un anziano come avrebbe potuto risolvere il problema?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio con poca professionalità e serietà, ti mostrano un volantino con una promozione e ti attivano un'altra offerta meno vantaggiosa ma allo stesso prezzo, chiedi addebito su carta e ti fanno l'addebito su conto corrente, ti consegnano un foglio firmato dicendo che è il contratto ma è solo la proposta.
Ti attivano servizi provvisori per per far trascorrere i termini per poter fare regolare disdetta .
NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO
Shop with little professionalism and seriousness, they show you a flyer with a promotion and activate another less advantageous offer but at the same price, ask for a debit on your card and charge you on your current account, they give you a signed sheet saying that it is the contract but it is only the proposal.
They activate provisional services for you to pass the terms to be able to make regular cancellation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato uno smartphone per mio figlio con una Sim abbinata, ho dato loro fiducia, mi hanno consigliato un piano con addebito mensile di € 8 su carta di credito.
Dopo 2 mesi oltre agli 8 euro mensili ho trovato altri 30 euro di addebito.
Sono andato in negozio e mi hanno risposto che non SAPEVANO da dove arrivavano questi addebbti, non sono riusciti a bloccare queste spese.
TOTALE MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ.
Non tornerò mai più!
I bought a smartphone for my son with a matching Sim, I trusted them, they recommended a plan with a monthly charge of € 8 on a credit card.
After 2 months, in addition to the 8 euros per month, I found another 30 euros in charge.
I went to the shop and they said they DID NOT KNOW where these items were coming from, they couldn't block these expenses.
TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
I will never go back!
